Interactive Remote Surveillance
Eyewitness Surveillance has implemented proprietary, state of the art software that detects motion hundreds of yards away. Security agents specifically trained to your property will respond to any threat using a two-way audio system. These systems include covert microphones and speakers strategically placed throughout your facility, allowing our agents to listen and speak directly to any prospective threat.
If there is unwanted activity
If suspicious activities are taking place, and trespassers do not comply with our requests to exit the property, your local Police Department will be notified immediately. Trained security agents will direct authorities to specific locations, and provide pertinent information, including suspect details and what activities are taking place.
If there is no activity
After we have conducted a remote tour of the property for verification that no threat exists, we will log the signal as a false alarm. We will only disregard the signal if we have obtained complete visual and audible verification that nothing is taking place. We have the ability to adjust system sensitivity to an acceptable level specific to the customers application, which greatly minimizes false alarms.
